Five Star Race Car Bodies, a manufacturer of race car bodies and motorsports components, has officially expanded operations with the opening of a new distribution facility in Concord, North Carolina.

Strategically located just minutes from the heart of NASCAR country, the new facility is purpose-built to provide faster turnaround times, expanded inventory and stronger day-to-day support for race teams and dealers across the Southeastern United States.

The move from Five Star's previous location in Troutman, North Carolina, is part of a long-term growth strategy designed to improve operational efficiency and regional accessibility. Five Star's main manufacturing operations and headquarters in Twin Lakes, Wisconsin, remain unchanged, continuing to serve as the core hub for engineering, fabrication and production.

According to the company, the expansion will provide localized inventory and streamlined logistics for quicker order fulfillment and pickups. The new facility will be stocked with core product lines to meet high-demand needs throughout the race season, and will have closer proximity to race teams, shops and tracks to improve service and support.

The Concord facility is now fully operational and fulfilling orders.
